Your Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, responsible for leading a high-performing team to acquire new clients and expand our portfolio of premium workspace solutions. You will work closely with businesses of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored workspace solutions that empower their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive growth and expand Quattro Spaces’ market presence in Gurgaon and beyond.
- Client-Centric Solutions: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized workspace solutions.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and position Quattro Spaces as the preferred partner for corporate assets sales and workspace solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports to the leadership team.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Quattro Spaces at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise and unique value proposition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in corporate real estate, workspace solutions, or related industries.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of the corporate assets sales market, workspace trends, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
